HADITHS 83
Ali’s (ع) Knowledge
قَالَ أَبِو سَعِيدِ الْـخدرِي: سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ (صل الله علیه و اله) عَنْ قَوْلِ اللهِ تَعَالَی: ﴿وَ مَنْ عِنْدَهُ عِلْمُ الْكِتَابِ﴾؟ قَالَ:
﴿ ذَاكَ أَخِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ﴾
It is narrated from Abu Saeed Al-Khudri that he asked the Messenger of Allah about the noble words of the Almighty Allah: ﴿وَ مَنْ عِنْدَهُ عِلْمُ الْكِتَابِ﴾ [“And he with whom is the knowledge of the Book”?] [1]
The Prophet (ص) said:
“He is my brother Ali bin Abi Talib.” [2]
