There is no bravehearted man but Ali (ع)

Jabir narrates that the Messenger of Allah (ص) said on the day of Badr:

﴿ هَذَا رِضْوَانُ مَلَكٌ مِنْ مَلَائِكَةِ اللهِ يُنَادِي: لَا سَيْفَ إِلَّا ذُو الْفَقَارِ، وَلَا فَتَی إِلَّا عَلِيٌّ ﴾

“This is Rizwan, an angel of Allah’s angels calling out: There is no sword but Zulfiqar, and there is no (lionhearted) youth but Ali”

[1] According to narrations from Shiite sources, this call was raised in the battle of Uhud when Ali’s (a.s.) sword broke up and Gabriel brought the Zulfiqar and chanted this call.

In this book, it is narrated that Hassan ibn Thabit (poet of the Prophet) asked the Prophet (s.a.w.a.) for permission to compose a poem in this regard. The Prophet allowed and he composed a poem, translation of which is as follows:

Gabriel cried out openly while he could not be seen; and the Muslims made a circle around the Prophet; there isn’t any sword but Zulfiqar and there isn’t any valiant man but Ali.
